To have your product serviced by FOX, you need a Service Request (SR) number issued by the FOX Factory.

FOX will inform you to ship your product to the FOX Service Center listed below.

To assist us in quicker processing, please mark the SR number clearly on the outside of the package.

SHOCK SERVICE (US Only)

Get serviced by the same FOX technicians the pros depend on, utilizing genuine FOX parts and fluids. Basic service includes new oil, seals, and labor — and we'll debur and polish the shock shaft, as well as perform a deep cleaning.
