SERVICE & UPGRADES
Everything you need to keep your shocks preforming at their best:
- Thorough inspection of shock for damage and/or wear.
- Complete tear down and rebuild of damper, including new seals, oil, and nitrogen recharge.
Starting at $125 for non-reservoir shocks to $150 for 2.0 reservoir shocks, $175 for 2.5, and 3.0 shocks start at $200*
*Price may be higher if product is severely damaged and requires replacement parts that will exceed original estimate. FOX will call you with a revised estimate for your approval prior to work being started. Credit Card information for payment of services will be required at the beginning of the service. All shocks subject to $25 cleaning fee and $25 spring removal fee.
WARRANTY
FOX Factory Inc. products are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and/or workmanship.
FOX Factory Inc. products are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and/or workmanship. Any modifications to the product will void the warranty. This Warranty will be extended to the original retail consumer of an OEM Customer's FOX Factory Inc. equipped vehicle and is valid for one year from the original date of purchase from an OEM Customer's authorized dealer. Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the FOX Factory Inc. product. FOX Factory Inc. reserves the right to make the final decision with regards to all warranty related issues.

REPAIR
We have the technicians and parts standing by to get your FOX shocks back in action. Labor is $130 per shock and includes a standard service. FOX can provide an estimated repair cost prior to receiving your shocks.
